Almost all of the children who enter our Year 3 come from Croftlands Infant School and the schools work closely together to prepare for the transition. The Infant School are invited to school productions, assemblies and other class based activities.
Children entering from other schools are given the opportunity to visit the school. In July, the children spend time in their classroom with their new class teacher.
During the summer term, there is also a meeting for parents of children starting school in September, when they are introduced to the school and are able to meet the Lower School class teachers. Parents who wish to arrange individual visits to school before their child's admission should ring the school for an appointment.
